Acceptance
By accessing clickmediaglobal.com, submitting an application or campaign enquiry, or using a Click service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information to us.
What Click does
Click helps creators and brands discover and arrange advertising integrations, sponsorship campaigns and other collaborations. We may review applications, verify public creator accounts, suggest potential matches and assist with campaign communication. Unless expressly agreed in writing, the website itself does not create an employment, partnership, agency or exclusivity relationship.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements to use our application and collaboration services. By submitting an application or enquiry, you confirm that you meet these requirements and have authority to provide the submitted information.
Your information
You must provide information that is accurate, current and not misleading. You must not impersonate another person, claim ownership of a channel you do not control, manipulate audience metrics or submit unlawful or infringing material. You are responsible for updating us if important application or campaign information changes.
No guaranteed offer
Submitting an application, connecting a platform or joining our creator pool does not guarantee acceptance, representation, contact from a brand, any minimum number of offers, campaign participation, income or results. We may decide whether a creator or campaign is suitable and may pause or decline a match at our reasonable discretion.
Campaign agreements
Each collaboration may be subject to a separate written brief or agreement covering deliverables, deadlines, payment, usage rights, approvals, disclosures, exclusivity and cancellation. Those campaign-specific terms take priority if they conflict with these website terms. Creators and brands remain responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms they accept.
Creator obligations
- Deliver agreed content professionally, on time and in accordance with the approved brief.
- Clearly disclose sponsored or advertising content as required by the platform and applicable advertising law.
- Use only content, music, trademarks and other materials you are authorised to use.
- Comply with the rules of Twitch, YouTube, Kick and any other relevant platform.
- Do not engage in fraud, fake engagement, harassment, hate speech or other conduct likely to harm a campaign or Click.
Brand obligations
Brands and advertisers must provide lawful, accurate campaign information, any required substantiation or product warnings, clear deliverables and payment terms, and materials they are authorised to use. They must not request deceptive endorsements, hidden advertising or content that violates a platform's rules or applicable law.
Intellectual property
The website's design, branding, text, graphics and code are owned by or licensed to Click and may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission. Ownership and permitted use of creator campaign content will be set out in the applicable campaign agreement. Nothing on the website transfers intellectual-property rights unless expressly stated in writing.
Third-party services
The website may link to or connect with third-party services such as streaming platforms, social networks and email providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Click does not control their availability, security, content or decisions and is not responsible for losses caused solely by a third-party service.
Website availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, correct errors, reject abusive submissions or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, campaigns, Click or third parties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Click is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, audience, opportunity, reputation or data arising from use of the website or a match that does not proceed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights or remedies available under mandatory consumer law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses, claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the website, material breach of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or campaign content and claims supplied by you.
Ending access
You may stop using the service or ask us to remove your application at any time. We may suspend or end access, remove an application or stop sending opportunities if these terms are breached, information is misleading, a platform account cannot be verified, or continued involvement creates legal, security or reputational risk.
Changes
We may update these terms when the website, our services or applicable requirements change. The latest version and effective date will appear on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point, except where separate acceptance is required by law.
General
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. Applicable law and the courts with jurisdiction will be determined by the location and mandatory legal rights relevant to the parties and the particular service or campaign.
