Information we collect

  • Creator application details, including email address, channel URL, country, audience size, content categories, preferred advertising formats and previous brand collaborations.
  • Platform verification details returned by services such as Twitch, including the account name and authentication status. We do not receive your platform password.
  • Brand and advertiser enquiries, including contact name, company, campaign brief, budget and message contents.
  • Technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request logs and essential cookies.
  • Your email-marketing preference, the wording and version of the consent shown to you, and when and how that preference was recorded.

How we use it

  • Review creator applications and verify creator accounts.
  • Match creators with relevant advertising integrations, sponsorships and collaborations.
  • Respond to enquiries, coordinate campaigns and provide support.
  • Send collaboration and promotional emails where you have expressly opted in.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and our services.
  • Comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse and establish or defend legal claims.

Legal bases

Depending on the activity and applicable law, we process information because it is necessary to take steps at your request or perform an agreement, because you have given consent, because we must comply with a legal obligation, or because we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing Click, responding to enquiries and matching suitable campaigns. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Collaboration emails

We send email offers for advertising integrations, sponsorship campaigns and collaborations only to creators who have opted in or where another lawful basis clearly permits the communication. The marketing checkbox is not selected by default. Every marketing email will identify Click and provide an unsubscribe method. Withdrawing consent or unsubscribing does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Service providers

We may use trusted providers to host the website, secure and maintain our systems, verify accounts, analyse service performance and deliver email. We plan to use Mailgun, a Sinch service, to send and manage email, including delivery, bounce, complaint and unsubscribe information. Providers may process information only to deliver their services to us and under appropriate contractual and security obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information or use bought, rented or scraped mailing lists. We may share relevant creator profile information with a brand when considering or arranging a collaboration, and relevant campaign information with suitable creators. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business reorganisation subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

International transfers

Some providers, including email and infrastructure providers, may process information outside your country. Where required, we use recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

How long we keep it

Creator applications and campaign enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless an active relationship or legal obligation requires longer. Campaign and contractual records may be kept for the period required by applicable law. Marketing consent records are kept while you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterwards to demonstrate compliance. We may retain a minimal suppression record after you unsubscribe so that we do not contact you again.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No website, storage system or email transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. If a reportable data breach occurs, we will notify affected people and authorities where required by law.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to remember application status and support site functionality. If analytics or advertising cookies are introduced later, we will provide any notice and consent controls required by applicable law. You can control cookies through your browser, although disabling essential cookies may affect the site.
